2013-14 Navy Basketball Season Tickets On Sale

ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- The Naval Academy Athletic Association has announced that season tickets are now available for the upcoming 2013-14 Navy men's and women's basketball seasons. The two teams will play a combined 28 regular season home games in Alumni Hall on the grounds of the U.S. Naval Academy. Once again this season, fans will have the option of purchasing a full season-ticket package that includes all men's and women's home games, as well as separate men's and women's packages.
Fans that purchase full season-ticket packages save 50 almost percent ($130) off the single-game ticket price. A discounted offer is available for senior citizens (65 & older) to purchase one of the three season-ticket packages at the youth (18 and under) rate.
Full Season Ticket Package
($140 for adults, $75 for youth [18 and under] and senior citizens [65+])
Includes reserved seats for all 28 regular season home games for the men's and women's teams. There are 15 women's home games and 13 men's home games this season.
Men's Season Ticket Package
($80 for adults, $45 for youth [18 and under] and senior citizens [65+])
Reserved seats for all 13 regular season home games for the men's team, including the Army-Navy double header on Jan. 11.
Women's Season Ticket Package
($80 for adults, $45 for [18 and under] and senior citizens [65+])
Reserved seats for all 15 regular season home games for the women's team, including the Army-Navy double header on Jan. 11.
Season ticket renewals have been sent to all customers who had season tickets for the 2012-13 season. In order to obtain the same seats, all orders must be placed by the priority deadline of October 8.
Season ticket holders may also purchase additional tickets for any Navy game including the Jan. 11 Army-Navy doubleheader, at this time. Single-game tickets for non-season ticket holders will be available for purchase starting on Oct. 22. Purchasing a season-ticket package will be the only way to ensure lower-bowl seating for the year's biggest games, including the Army-Navy doubleheader.
As an added benefit, season ticket holders will receive a pass to drive their vehicle onto The Yard on game days. This benefit is subject to change based upon the security level in place at the U.S. Naval Academy.
2014 Army-Navy Basketball Game
The 2014 Army-Navy Basketball game on Jan. 11 will be a doubleheader with both the men's and the women's teams from the rivals playing. Tickets should be purchased in advance to ensure availability. There is not a group rate for the Army-Navy game.

How to Purchase
Advance sales may be purchased online at NavySports.com, by calling 1-800-US4-NAVY, or in person at the NAAA Ticket Office located in Ricketts Hall. The Navy Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the exception of holidays.
Game day sales for single-game tickets may be purchased at the Alumni Hall Ticket Office, which opens one hour before game time. Game day purchases are accepted in both cash and credit card.
The Navy women's team, winners of the 2011, `12 and `13 Patriot League Tournament titles, returns its entire starting lineup and 11 players from last year's squad. Included among the returning players are 2013 All-Patriot League performers Jade Geif and Alix Membreno. Sixth-year head coach Stefanie Pemper and her Mids will open their home slate of games this fall by playing host to Stony Brook on Nov. 10. That game will be the first of 15 in Alumni Hall for the Mids this season.
The Navy men's team returns all five starters, including Patriot League All-Rookie honoree Tilman Dunbar, and 12 letterwinners as the program enters the third year of the Ed DeChellis era. The men's team will play its home opener at Alumni Hall on November 13th against Goucher. Navy will play 13 home games this season, including nine conference games in the newly expanded Patriot League.
