The Game
Navy’s seven-game homestand comes to an end Sunday when the Mids play host to Emory & Henry at 3:15 p.m. Live statistics from the game can be found at NavySports.com, as can the link to a free video stream of the contest from the Patriot League Network.
Navy Update
Navy ran its record to 7-0 with a commanding 73-49 victory over Monmouth Thursday night. The victory gave head coach Stefanie Pemper the school record for career wins with 179.
Emory & Henry Update
Emory & Henry competes on the NCAA Division III level and is a member of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference. The Wasps went into a Saturday evening game at Shenandoah with a 4-1 record this season. Emory & Henry posted a 19-8 record a year ago and tied for third place in the ODAC with a 12-4 record.
The Series
Sunday’s game will be the inaugural contest between the Mids and the Wasps.
Tickets
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth online in advance of the game at NavySports.com. The Alumni Hall Ticket Office will open one hour prior to the start of the 1 p.m. men’s basketball game between Navy and Morgan State.
USNA Vehicle Access
Vehicle access to the U.S. Naval Academy is limited to those with a Department of Defense identification card. It is suggested that everyone else park at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium ($5. per vehicle) and ride the free shuttle bus to and from the game. Shuttle bus service will begin one hour prior to tip. Note that a government issued identification card must be carried and presented by visitors ages 18 and older to the USNA prior to being allowed onto The Yard.
