ANNAPOLIS, Md. -- Unsafe rowing conditions on the Severn River forced the cancellation of Sunday morning's slate of races between the Navy and Washington College women's crew teams.

Navy will close its season May 13 when the Mids take part in the annual Eastern Sprints Championship on the Cooper River in Camden, N.J.
