11/18/2011 Swimmers Post Solid Finishes on Day Two of the Nike CupKellie Darmody sets school record in the 100 backstroke. 11/18/2011 Swimmers Post Solid Finishes on Day Two of the Nike CupKellie Darmody sets school record in the 100 backstroke. 01/30/2012 W Swim-Dive vs. Johns Hopkins (1/25/12)Women's swimming & diving vs. Johns Hopkins, Jan. 25, 2012 (Photos by Phil Hoffmann) 2011-12 -- Finished in fifth place in the 200 back, 10th in the 100 back and 14th in the 50 free at the Patriot League Championship ... her 100 back time of 56.99 was her best of the year ... also placed second in the 200 back (2:01.02) and sixth in the 200 free (1:52.71) at the ECAC Championship ... both of those times were her fastest in the respective event on the season, while her 200 back time also ranks seventh in school history. High School -- Graduated from Kennedy Catholic High School ... earned four letters as a member of the school's swimming team ... helped the program win a pair of state titles ... individually, garnered all-state (Wash.) honors and received All-America consideration as a senior ... also named as a Scholastic All-American. Personal -- History major. |
