Women's Swimming to Compete at Richmond

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The Navy women's swimming and diving team will close its 2001 regular season Saturday when the Midshipmen compete at Richmond in a 1 p.m. dual meet.

Navy, 6-4 on the season, is coming off a 180-118 loss to Villanova, last Saturday at Lejeune Hall. The Spiders have posted a 7-5 record this season and will entertain Old Dominion on Friday night, prior to playing host to the Mids on Saturday.

Following the Richmond dual, Navy will take a week off from competition to prepare for the Patriot League Championship, to be held Feb. 15-17 in Hamilton, N.Y.
