RICHMOND, Va. -- The Navy women's swimming and diving team closed its 2001 regular season Saturday with a 176-122 loss at Richmond.

The Spiders won 13 events on their way to the victory.

Navy closes its regular season with a 6-5 record and will next compete at the Patriot League Championship, to be held Feb. 15-17 in Hamilton, N.Y.
