Sears finished with a 16-16 overall record, but went 12-8 during the spring ... also went 12-10 in doubles play, including a 10-5 record in dual-meet action ... started the spring season 5-1, then ended the year by winning four of her last six matches ... went 3-3 in three-set decisions ... posted a 3-1 mark during the regular season against Patriot League opposition ... reached the semifinals of the Bill & Sandra Moore Invitational and in her flight at the Hampton Roads Collegiate Invitational ... paired with Dye Das late in the year during doubles play to record a 7-3 mark at No. 3 doubles ... won six straight doubles matches from March 13 to April 11, including all four against Patriot League foes.
