FALL 2009
• Suriben looks to have a big spring season for the Navy women's tennis team.
• Recorded a 2-3 singles mark and a 1-6 doubles mark.
• Reached the finals of the Bill & Sandra Moore Invitational, before falling to Towson's Katie Young in the finals, 2-6. 3-6.
• Won her first match of the season in a three-set tiebreaker, 6-1, 6-7 (1-7), 1-0 (10-7) over teammate Rebecca Carlson in the Bill & Sandra Moore Invitational.
• Then won in the semifinal round in straight sets over teammate Carissa Guthrie.
• Won a consolation double match in the Bill & Sandra Moore Inviational with teammate Julie Dias over a pair from Rider, 8-3.
