Earned All-Patriot League Second Team honors by placing ninth at the Patriot League Championship

Navy's second finisher at four events, including the Patriot League Championship, NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship and the Army-Navy dual
2010-11 (Sophomore Season):
Earned All-Patriot League Second Team honors in the 10,000m run at the outdoor league meet with a second-place finish of 36:50.06, in the only 10K race she ran all season
The time of 36:50.05 qualified her for the ECAC Outdoor Championship. It was also the ninth fastest 10K time ran in Navy history and only five Mids have posted a better time
Ran an outdoor season best time of 17:25.67 to place 35th at the Larry Ellis Invitational. The time ranks Byrne ninth on the all-time performance list.
Placed sixth at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship in the 5,000m run with a time of 17:50.56
Placed seventh at the Outdoor Colonial Relays with a 3K time of 10:15.40
Qualified for the ECAC Indoor Championship in the 5K, where she ran an indoor season best time of 17:27.74 to place 12th in the event
The time of 17:27.74 ranks Byrne eighth on the Navy all-time indoor performance list in the 5,000m

Led all Navy runners, and placed ninth overall, at the Patriot League Championship (10/30) to earn second-team all-league honors

Was one of the Mids' top-five finishers in all seven meets in which she competed
Named Patriot League Rookie of the Week twice (Sept. 9 and 15)
