Navy School Records:
• 4x800m Relay (Indoor) - 8:59.78
2011-12 (Junior Season):
• Ran a season-best mile time of 5:13.05 to win the event at the indoor Navy Sweetheart Meet
• Also clocked a 5:18 in the mile to place 10th at the Navy Open
• Posted a 3:03.41 in the 3,000m at the Army-Navy Indoor Star Meet
• Ran a 4:50.24 in the 1,500m run at the McDaniel Twilight to place fourth
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for track and field
2010-11 (Sophomore Season):
• Ran a leg of Patriot League Indoor Champion 4x800m relay team. Squad posted a time of 8:59.78, the fastest time in school history.
• 4x800m time also qualified Navy for the ECAC Championship in the event
• Also was on the 4x800m relay teama that won the Navy Lidlifter (9:36.16) and the Patriot Games (9:42.22)
• Member of the Distance Medley Relay team that placed second at the Navy Invitational with a time of 12:09.53, the 10th fastest time in school history
• Placed third at the Patriot League Indoor Championship in the 3,000m run with a time of 10:04.34
• The time of 10:04.34 in the 3K ranks Milewski as the 10th fastest runner in the event in Navy history
• Also won the Navy Indoor Lidlifter 3,000m run with a time of 10:13.76
• Ran a season best mile time of 5:02.09 to win the Navy Sweetheart Meet
• Placed second in the mile at the Army-Navy Star Meet (5:07.88) and second in the Delaware Invite (5:09.31)
• Placed second in the 5,000m at the Navy Invitational with a time of 17:57.24
• Selected to the Patriot League All-Academic Team
• Ran a 10:28.40 at the Colonial Relays in the 3,000m run to place 11th
• Competed in seven races, placed in Navy's top-5 four times during cross country
Before Navy • Spent two years at the College of William & Mary, where she competed one year with the cross country and track teams • Placed 24th overall in the Cavalier Open as a rookie with the cross country team • Ran the mile, 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters with the track team as a sophomore • Ran a season-best 10:06.33 in the 3,000
• Posted a mile time of 5:15.67
High School
• Attended Radnor High School, where she earned four letters in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track
• Earned all-state honors with cross country during her senior year
• Three-time all-league and all-conference selection in cross country
• Four-time all-league and all-conference runner on the track
• Helped the cross country team to a state title in 2006
• Captained all-three of those teams
• Member of the National Honor Society
