• Won four individual titles and was Navy's top finisher in every race

2010-11 (Junior Season):
• Set five new school records: indoor 800m, mile and 4x800m relay and outdoor 800m and 1,500m

• Set a school record with a 4:50.08 in the mile to finish second at the indoor ECAC Championships
• Was an ECAC All-East performer in the 1,500, placing seventh in the finals
• Also qualified for the ECAC Championships in the 800
• Was a runner-up in the indoor league championships in the 800, 4x800, and in the 4x800 at the outdoor championships
• Set a school record with a 4:24.72 in the preliminaries of the 800 at the ECAC Championships
• Double-winner at the indoor Star Meet vs. Army in the 1,000 and mile
• Double-winner at the outdoor Star Meet in the 800 and 1,500
• Won the individual mile title at the indoor Sweetheart Meet, setting the Wesley Brown Field House facility record
• Placed second in the 1,500 at the Larry Ellis Invite with a then-school record time of 4:25.26
• Named Patriot League Track Athlete of the Week on April 20
• Competed in five meets as a sophomore on the cross country team
2008-09 (Freshman Season):
• Ran the 800 leg on Navy's championship-clinching DMR victory
• Also scored in the indoor 800 with a fourth-place effort
• Added sixth-place finish in 1,500 at outdoor league meet
• Captured the 800 in both Star Meet victories over Army
• Led all Patriot League freshmen with four individual race victories during indoor

• Contributed to a pair of DMR performances that rank on Navy's all-time top-10 list
• Raced as part of the foursome that placed ninth at the ECAC Championships with the third-fastest time in school history (11:58.56)
