ANNAPOLIS, Md. – With eight-straight Indoor Star Meets victories under its belt, the Navy women’s track & field squad shoot for its ninth-straight against Army in the N-Star meet on Saturday at Wesley A. Brown Field House. The meet is schedule to begin at 2:30 p.m., which is 30 minutes after the men’s competition.

Head coach Carla Criste is 13-7-1 against Army in indoor track and 27-14-1 overall. Criste has led the Mids during a streak of 10-straight wins (combined indoor and outdoor) and will look to make it six-straight season sweeps in 2014.
On Jan. 18, Navy women's track & field totaled 111 points for a second-place finish at the Terrapin Invitational. Senior Maressa Guynn (Uniontown, Pa.) recorded the Mids first ECAC-qualifying performance in the weight throw.
