ANNAPOLIS, Md. - For the second time this season, Navy women's cross country sophomore Annie-Norah Beveridge has been named the NAAA Athlete of the Week Presented by Rolls-Royce. Beveridge helped lead Navy to its second consecutive Patriot League championship last weekend by winning the individual title.

Beveridge, a native of Ann Arbor, Mich., became the third Mid to win the Patriot League individual title, joining Jess Palacio (2011) and Amy Watson (2008).

Navy will next compete on Nov. 9 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships in University Park, Pa. The top-two finishing teams will earn a spot in the NCAA Championships on Nov. 17.
