Karlene Durisko is in her ninth year at Navy, where she serves as Payroll & Benefits Administrator.

Prior to Navy, Durisko spent over 20 years in retail with Target, Marshalls, Burlington Coat Factory, Value City and The BonTon. Her positions ranged from Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Operations Manager to Director of Human Resources.

Durisko earned her bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Geneva College (Pa.) in 1992. She currently resides in Cape St. Clair with her husband, David.
