Bill Givens is in his second year at Navy, where he serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Operations & Championships.

Prior to Navy, Givens spent six years as a Assistant Athletic for Director for Operations and Facilities at Arizona State University. Givens also had a stint at Southern Utah University and got his start at LSU as the Director of Operations for Tiger Stadium.

Givens is a 1990 graduate of LSU and resides in Annapolis with his wife, Kay.
