Becca Grizzard is in her second year as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Navy. Grizzard comes from Navy after spending time at RPI in the same capacity, where she primarily with women's basketball, women's lacrosse and men's and women's soccer.

Before that, she was a graduate assistant at Emory University, where she primarily worked with women's basketball, men's and women's tennis and softball.

She is a 2003 graduate of Bethune-Cookman, where he earned her bachelor of science in biology. Grizzard was on a full-ride basketball scholarship and played both basketball and volleyball while at Bethune-Cookman. She owns a master's degree from Georgia State in exercise science.

A native of Atlanta, Grizzard resides in Annapolis with her two dogs.
